How do I update MedBridge GO for a telehealth virtual visit?

To conduct a telehealth virtual visit using the MedBridge GO app on your mobile device, you’ll need the newest version of the MedBridge GO app. Follow the instructions below to ensure MedBridge GO is up to date.

If you need to manually update your app, here's how to do it. 

Manual Updates: Apple/iOS Devices

1. Open the App Store, then tap Today at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll down to see which apps have available updates. If MedBridge GO has an available update, tap Update next to the app.

Manual Updates: Android Devices

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
3. Tap "Manage apps & device."
4. If you have any updates available, it will be noted here under the "Updates available"section. Tap "See details" for more information.
5. Apps with an update available are labeled Update. Tap "Update" next to MedBridge GO to update the app.

The best way to ensure your app is always up to date is to enable automatic updates. Here's how to do that. 

Automatic Updates: Apple/iOS Devices

1. Open Settings on your iOS device
2. Open App Store
3. Under Automatic Downloads, toggle App Updates to On (green)

Automatic Updates: Android Devices

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
3. Tap "Settings," then "Network Preferences," and then "Auto-update apps."
4. Select an option:
   • "Over any network" to update apps using either Wi-Fi or mobile data.
   • "Over Wi-Fi only" to update apps only when connected to Wi-Fi.
5. Note: If an account on your device has a sign-in error, apps may not update automatically.
