Prior to your session, your clinician will send you an introduction email with tips for the session and a link to join the telehealth visit.
To prepare for your visit on a computer, take the following steps
- Log in five minutes prior to your appointment time, and click Join Call in the intro email to enter the virtual waiting room.
- Check your browser compatibility, enable your mic and camera, and sign your consent form.
- The dynamic notification will inform you when the provider is ready for you to join the call. You can join the visit on your desktop or mobile device.
If you want to join on a mobile device, make sure you download the MedBridge GO app beforehand. Once you are connected with your provider, we recommend using your mobile device in landscape mode. This will give your provider the best view of you during your session.
Regardless of what device you choose, we also recommend that you attend the session in a room with plenty of space to perform exercises and with privacy as your provider may want to discuss personal medical information.
