If you log into your Home Exercise Program with a username and password, your provider may be able to enable messaging for you. If so, you can send messages from the MedBridge GO app or the Patient Portal.
In the MedBridge GO app, you can access messages by tapping the messages icon at the bottom of the screen. When you open the Messages menu, you can send a general message or send a message about a specific exercise. When your provider responds to your message, you’ll see a red dot on the messages menu. You can also enable push notifications to receive a notification each time you receive a message.
